Ltd. premises located at 2nd Floor, Infinity Mall, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai. By accessing our website or visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or visit our premises.

2.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes including obtaining information about our services, reading our content, and making general enquiries.

3. Visitor Rules and Conduct on Premises

All visitors to FunZona premises agree to abide by the following rules:

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times
• All participants in activities must adhere to the specific activity rules and height/weight/age requirements displayed at each zone
• Appropriate footwear (grip socks) is mandatory for participation in the trampoline park and soft play area. Socks are available for purchase on-site
• Visitors must follow all instructions from FunZona staff at all times
• FunZona reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted in play areas (exceptions may apply to infant feeding)
• Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises
• FunZona is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises

4. Health, Safety, and Waiver

By participating in activities at FunZona, visitors (and parents/guardians on behalf of minors) acknowledge that:

• Physical activities involve inherent risks and could result in injury
• They are participating voluntarily and have disclosed any relevant health conditions to staff
• Participants with serious medical conditions, recent injuries, or disabilities should consult a physician before participating
• FunZona will not be liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, rules, or staff directions

FunZona maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure visitor safety.

5. Birthday Party Bookings

Birthday party enquiries are subject to availability and confirmation by FunZona staff. The following conditions apply:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm a party booking
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable
• FunZona reserves the right to reschedule a party in the event of unforeseen circumstances, offering an alternative date or full refund
• Guest counts stated at booking are approximate; adjustments may be made up to 48 hours before the event

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, video, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of FunZona Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from FunZona.

7. Photography and Social Media

FunZona staff may photograph and film activities and events on our premises for promotional and documentation purposes. By visiting our premises, you consent to the use of images in which you may appear for FunZona's marketing materials, website, and social media channels. Parents/guardians consent on behalf of minors. If you do not consent, please inform our staff upon arrival.

Visitors are welcome to take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial purposes, provided they do not infringe on the privacy of other visitors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FunZona Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of personal property, unless caused by FunZona's proven negligence
• Interruption or unavailability of the website or services
• Actions taken in reliance on the information published on our website

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 10,000 or the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of FunZona's website or premises shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
